NuWave Embroidery

This is the best embroidery shop in town. I have had numerous articles of clothing embroidered by them and the quality is amazing. Anything you need embroidered they can do. The owners are very nice and helpful especially since I can never make up my mind on position and color. Amprii has some of the best customer service in town and even showed me how the machine runs (talk about a complicated machine)! I don’t know about large orders, but my small orders are always completed within a week from drop off. I highly recommend this business if you are in the Fredericksburg/​Spotsylvania regions and need anything embroidered!

Everyone here is so amazing and helpful. I have been in several times and each time I have not been disappointed. Everything that we have picked up looks perfect. Even better they are quick and accommodating. The first time we ordered shifts the whole batch was in and ready within three days. The second time I was running late to pick up shirts for an event we were having the next day. When I called the business I explained my situation and they stayed open for an extra 10 minutes. Then embarrassingly when I got there I couldn’t find my debit card. The owner gave me the shirts and invoices and told me I could just pay over the phone the next day.
Also there is a cute little shop dog that is normally there to great guests. He is just adorable and he was worth mentioning :)

I was told to give this company a try by an agent in my KW office, I admired her blouses, jackets, sweaters, etc, and she was so nice to tell me the name at least three times, thx Elaine :)
I found them to be very reasonable and they offer lots of great ideas for our clients, family & friends, along with great customer service! Well about 3 weeks ago they couldn’t find my favorite red jacket (one of them) and they tried to locate it and after a week we worked out an agreement to replace my lost. Well they did better than what they offered me up front ‚(agreed to do 5 items w/​my name & KW logo) they ended up doing 2 more items at no cost! Woohoo!!! to the team there!!!
