first of all the front desk person is scary. she wont smile at you no matter what. very unpleasant. why would they hire someone like that? next i came in with a big splinter in my foot from my deck. but after looking at it with a magnifying glass, i was told there was nothing in there. just keep a band-aid on it. thanks, can I have one please. called later that day, had to talk to front desk person again. I am in a lot of pain, there cant be nothing in it. Dr said take advil. One week later went to another Dr office, they gave me antibiotic and a bandaid, well today a ½ inch piece of wood came out of my foot. finally relieve. what a waste of time going to this urgent care. they didnt help me at all, and very unpleasant.
