This is an excellent martial arts program. I’ve been participating in it on average four days a week for over four years and can definitely say it is an outstanding way to: 1. Get in shape and stay that way. 2. Learn practical self-defense techniques. 3. Gain confidence. Master Danny is highly committed to working with each student to maximize his/her capabilities. Instructor Jacob manages all of the administrative things with ease. This is such an excellent program that I now have one of my grandsons taking Tae Kwon Do here as well.
