My wife on 2÷21÷16 was harassed by some young punks who were working within the drive through window. Their conduct was completely unprofessional and I am not surprised that this location has such poor ratings. Your lucky you can’t give negative ratings. If someone from corporate reads this, you need to overhaul this place and find employees that can be respectful! (A girl who my wife believed to be the manager was beside them and allowed there remarks to continue as well)

As far as McDonalds in Virginia this location is better than average. There was no line and I received good service. I stayed to eat and the food was prepared correctly and tasted good. I used the WIFI with no problem. The bathroom was clean.

Unlike the other reviews here, I had a positive experience at McDonald’s. Needed some food after some beer drinking and this hit the spot — Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese and a medium order of fries. Both the burger and fries were cooked fresh and served hot and tasty!

Really??? Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in Stafford. Nothing is ever right or fast. Which is funny since its intended to be «fast» food.

I’ve never understood why folks review fast food places, but after visiting this establishment, I want to WARN everyone off of eating here. The drive thru was ridiculously slow, so we went inside. Five people inside were waiting for their orders (at 1:45 in the afternoon?). Ordered, paid cash and received 90 cents change… in nickels! Waited 12 minutes for our order before finally standing at the register and staring down the manager until she asked what I was waiting for. Our order was wrong and the fries cold. I have never in my life seen employees move so slowly or act so ambivalently. Tables and booths were dirty, iced tea was skunky. We will NEVER go back.

Just as others have reported, this McD’s can’t seem to get drive-​thru orders correct. I’ve driven thru many times and virtually never get what I asked for. If it wasn’t close to where I live I would skip this place.
Last time I drove thru a few days ago I ordered a coffee with cream on the side and two hash browns. Was in a hurry, didn’t think such a small order could possibly be screwed up: got a half block away and reached into the bag … only one hash brown. I go back, go thru the drive-​thru line again, they give me the missing item, but no «We’re sorry.»
Hey, McD Corporate headquarters: you need to check this place out … it’s dragging your name through the mud!

I enjoy eating at McDonald’s every now and again with my family, but this has to be the worst one I’ve ever been to. The service was slow and not friendly. There was a terrible smell coming from the soda machines. People weren’t getting their entire orders. I had to literally stop one of the employees to ask for ketchup after they completely ignored my 10 year old daughter. The fries were severely soggy. I’d have to say that I’m completely disappointed! This particular location would get zero stars if that were an option.

Consistently the worst McD’s I have ever ordered from. I’ve lived nearby for 5 years, and they have NEVER gotten my drive thru order correct. They forget something every time. Ordered 40 nuggets? No sauces, spent $ 30 on sandwiches? Always some missing. French fries taste like they’re cooked in the filet-​o-​fish oil. Where is the training?!

Double check your coffee if you use the drive thru they don’t know the difference between sugar and cream, they messed my order up on consecutive visits
