Ladyburg

So glad we discovered this place today. My daughter has been ordering her bath bombs from the Internet, but now we have a place right in downtown Fredericksburg.

Best handcrafted soap and products hands down. Recently ran of my stocked up Ladyburg soap. All I had to hand to my husband was some leftover Dove and even in his manly, brutish demeanor he demanded more Ocean Breeze soap from Ladyburg. He is now too good for anything else. Considering what you get I don’t find the products pricey at all. My 5 year old has sensitive skin and loves bubble baths and the bubble bars don’t irritate her.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon to buy a gift for my sister. This shop has a great selection of soaps, bath bombs, sugar scrubs, you name it. The scents overall, are natural and really pleasant. The girl who was keeping shop that day was nice and helpful and gave me some extra packing material so I could ship the bath bombs/​soap I purchased. I was a little sad though because after I got back home to Richmond I saw that even though I bought the special prices (e.g. 5 for $ 20) I was charged the full amount. That was a little disappointing, especially since this shop is a little pricey to begin with, other than that I had a good time here smelling all the delightful scents (tabacco flower was my favorite).

I LOVE THIS PLAAACEEEE!!! I go to school a few hours away, so I always stock up on visits home. The staff is always super friendly, the owners are incredibly nice and the store smells like heaven. EVERY product I’ve gotten from here has been amazing, great price points (very comparable to Lush in quality). There are a zillion types of bar soaps, all of which have amazing sents, a great product that leave my skin super soft, the bath bombs are amazing and the bubble bark (bubble bar?) is great too! The sugar scrub is wonderful, lathers up and exfoliates your skin leaving is super soft and smelling great. I just wish they would make liquid soap.

This place is a hidden gem in downtown Fredericksburg. I was looking for some shaving products that are more on the natural side, and they had just what I wanted. Some items you can customize to have the scent you want. Excellent service from Matt and amazing products for men and women. I will go back for sure.

Really good idea, they have tons of different soap and the staff is super friendly and helpful. When I first started shopping there I saw them as an inexpensive alternative to Lush, but now after two years it seems that they have removed some of my favorite products and that always do the same thing and nothing new. While I love the bath bombs, compared to Lush theirs are really dull and are definitely not up to par. Their blending bar has a variety of wonderful smelling scents, but its not advertised very well (it took me forever to figure out what it was). I like different holiday scents they offer but wish that they had more variety from season to season. They have a lot of scents in the soap, but the other products lack imagination in the scent department. I liked the event they had over the summer to choose new scents for the season, but they never had any products in the winning scents. If they had more events like this to promote themselves and actually came out with products regarding them they would be phenomenal. When it first opened it was great, but now its just played out hopefully they start to offer more products to keep the excitement of there alive.

Best shop for bath and body products hands down. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also do an awesome job of making downtown fredericksburg smell nice. If you can’t find the shop with your eyes, just follow your nose.

I LOVE Ladyburg! It is like Fredericksburg own little Lush. The staff are very friendly & helpful, and the atmosphere is quaint.
The product variety is vast: bath bombs, shaving creams, shampoo, baby products, and more with many being (scent) customizable. Most of the products are created by hand (I’ve met the mastermind myself), so they are a tad pricier than WalMart or Target, but in this case, you definitely get your money’s worth.
A must-​stop in downtown!!!
