Jenkins Restorations

The company response to our flooding was great. They were on scene as soon as our insurance claim was filed. The company project manager kept us informed of all activities that were scheduled during the repair phase and went so far as to recognize some areas that had been missed by us initially. The Jenkins Team, employees and subcontractors, were a pleasure to work with. I am able to recommend Jenkins Restorations to any and all that may need them.

Jenkins came out to our home from insurance company after a flooding. All fine at the beginning. After the workers did a horrible job. The supervisor was hardly around and workers took full advantage. They told us they painted all walls and did none. We had to demand the supervisor come out with us then he found they lied.
There is a 3 year warranty but they fight upholding this promise. Our hardwoods and tiling floors they installed buckled, cracked, squeaked terribly. We had Jenkins come out to evaluate and they blamed our home. We had insurance company send out an objective engineer and he found Jenkins poorly installed the flooring. Now we must hire another company come in remove all flooring and replace. Jenkins will have to reimburse.

All i have to say is they are freaking awesome!!! This company has done everything i have asked for and completed my requests without hesitation. I recommend them to everyone in the area because their timeliness and professionalism are unparalleled. Utilizing their company is an advantageous decision. Anyone using Jenkins Restoration will not be disappointed. I know i wasn’t. My project Manager Gary Schembs and all his workers are absolutely outstanding.
