Imperial Auto of Fredricksburg

Recently I purchased a 2004 Lexus 430 from the above Dealership. After acquiring the vehicle.
I took to to be inspected, I learned that the vehicle could not be passed because the tires wear dry rotten in the inside and it was was dangerous to drive. I called the Deakership and spoke to Bob the General Manager I explained to him that the car did not pass inspection because of the tires he told me to bring the car back at my convenience and he round see to it that I got tires. I took the car back everyone at the Dealership looked at the tires and explained nothing was wrong with the tires. Do I was told that they would come and take the car thru inspection. To date I have had 3 set of paper tags No One as ever come to have he car Inspected or sent money for tires meanwhile the car gets towed from my parking space for Dead tags I contact the Dealership they called the row company and tell them they will make sure they some tags to me so, that I can Remove the car which is $ 175.00 plus $ 50.00. Day this occurred January 17,2016. I made several attempts to get this matter taken care to know avail ! They have pretty much washed there hands leaving me stuck with a car that I cannot secure tags for unless I pay for the impound and purchase 4 sets of tags I am in a dilemma this is getting to costly and Never in my Life have I felt l like I was beaten and feed some Crap ! Is this how you do Bussiness? Is it because I am a single black women? Or are y’all just a bunch of Crooks? At first I was ok with my choice known I am disgusted with myself for letting my guard down and believing they were going to «Ensure the car at the very least pass Inspection. I know you suppose to get everything in writing I got beat ! I am praying about I know I am getting things together to take them to court perhaps I will, win perhaps not but at lest they will, think about there Unethical Bussiness Practices going forward. I decided to let the tow company keep, the car I will file for bankruptcy.
