Very nice staff. Owner was in store and the attendant was very nice. We purchases kameleon ring with pops. Very nice set. Only people around that has them. I recommend to go check them out.

There are alot of shops in Fredericksburg. That said Hudson and Taylor is a true standout. The family along with the in laws visited Fritztown and while making our way up and down main street we came across some great hospitality.
Most Unilocalers know the story of little Rooster and hence my nickname of Rooster Sr. I try not to go crazy buying every rooster related item; but some are better than others. In the window as we were passing by, there was a rooster painting we just had to have. We strolled into H&T and purchased the painting and a pink cowboy hat complete with tiara!
Amazingly the painting was only $ 35 and the hat was $ 32. What a bargain considering there used to be shops with $ 1200 leather purses just down the block. The vibe of the old building along with the friendly owners produced a near perfect shopping experience.
I would not hesitate to return to Hudson & Taylor on my next visit to Fredericksburg.
