Helpful, friendly staff. Doctor is straightforward and professional. A bit on the expensive side.

Dr Fields acted very cold and robotic. No hello, no handshake, nothing. During the eye exam she spoke only in short phrases like «look in here» or «tilt your head up». She didn’t explain that she was putting in numbing eyedrops until my eyes were going numb. When asked, she told me oh yes those are numbing drops and they’ll wear off after 5 minutes. My eyes were still numb an hour later! This is important information especially as I had to drive myself home! She then led me over to the contact lens fitting area and left me there. No «so and so will take care of you» no «thank you for coming today», no goodbye, nothing. She didn’t crack a smile the entire time. I’m not looking for a best friend but I don’t enjoy having a cold robot for healthcare.
On my follow up visit, I waited over 45 minutes for my appointment even though I arrived early.
Dr. Jordan is the saving grace of this place. She is the complete opposite of Dr. Fields. Dr. Jordan is kind, friendly, helpful, and caring. Fields Family Eye Care is only worth visiting if you see Dr. Jordan.

Dr. Fields and the entire staff are excellent. I wish all my doctors were this nice! The office is beautiful and staff members are always courteous, friendly and patient.
The office has modern technology and offers a nice selection of contacts and eyeglass for the entire family.
