Amazing!!! I can not say enough good things about our day at Elite. It was my daughter’s birthday yesterday and she wanted the full spa experience. I have a birthday only 4 days after hers so my husband told us we should do the spa day together. I called and spoke with the owner a few days before and she is wonderful. She accommodated us completely with a spa package that would fit both of our needs. We spent the whole day getting pampered by her and her amazing staff. She does a brilliant facial. Our massages were so comforting, relaxing, and beneficial. My daughter even dozed off a little, she was so relaxed. We went home pampered, relaxed, with gorgeous skin, hair, and nails!!! We will go back and highly recommend this beautiful spa.

I’ve been to this spa a few times for different services. The owner clearly takes great pride in her work and the atmosphere she is creating. Not once have I felt rushed or pressured into buying more. Everyone there seems to enjoy what they do and really want to make the client feel good.
I had a massage today that was professional and amazing. Ask for Charlotte if you need deep pressure to address muscle tightness. I feel like jello now. Ahhhhhhhhh!

I have been seeing Sonya Manthey (hair stylist) for 10+ years, having followed her from two different salons. For good reason… she does a great job… I get lots of compliments on how great my hair looks. Additionally, it doesn’t hurt that she’s just a delightful person!
The salon itself is a very welcoming place. Inam and her husband are the owners and put their heart and soul into it and it shows. As a previous poster mentioned, Inam knows her products well and also can evaluate your skin needs quickly and will come up with a personalized regimen. I’ve never had a facial or massage there, but I feel confident you will be pleased with any services you have done there. They hire only the best… after all, they hired Sonya!

A girlfriend and I went here for a facial and a massage — as the location is about halfway between her home (Richmond are) and mine (near Dulles). The owner and her husband were simply delightful people. The owner did the facials for us. She explained a lot of what she was doing, what she saw, and why she doing certain things. I appreciated the consult quite a bit. She also really believes in the products she uses (and has been using for 10 years). I find some places are constantly changing products, probably because of the deals they can get. I like that she stuck by bioelements, as I really like those products. The massage was also great. The therapist listened to my requests and adjusted pressure as necessary. Though we were running a little behind, we still received our full treatments with no rush.
The pricing, compared to what I’m used to in NOVA, was excellent!
My only complaint is the massage room is a little noisy. It is on the lower level and the floors above creak a lot. Perhaps some soundproofing?
Note that the parking lot is a bit tight. :)
I hope to return again in another few months, for another girls day there.

I just moved to VA and was looking for a great place to get a Brazilian wax. After researching a few places this place looked the nicest. Looked on their website and the price listed on the website stated a brazilian wax was $ 65. I made an appointment for the following day. I arrived and the owner worked at the front desk, she was lovely! Gave me a tour of the building, spoke to me about the difference in the type of wax she used. I thought that I had found my new waxing place!
The waxer came out and directed me into the room we would be using, and a moment later comes in. I informed her that this wasn’t my first waxing. She went to work, and it was HORRIBLE!!! She must have forgotten that she wasn’t working on furniture! That her fast pace was appreciated, but not at the cost of my gentle area! In the middle of the waxing her personal cell phone rang and she took the call and excused herself from the room. Leaving me laying on the table exposed! She comes back into the room and said that the phone call was her realtor.
After the waxing was done I go to pay and the $ 65 was actually $ 80. I asked why, and the owner said that the website said $ 65 and up. Well that categorizes as «up?» She couldn’t answer me.
The following day I noticed that there were still hair patches!!!
