Durango Grill

The staff was attentive. Food was good. I got the burger and fries. Beer selection was OK. Not a place for beer snobs. The most entertaining part is the regulars. I was surprised by the time I left that were was not someone dancing on the bar. Good times.

This place is in the old Ukrop’s shopping center, and I haven’t been in since it was the Big Burger Pub, but they’ve really done a lot with the place since. They’ve decorated things a lot more, added pool tables and TVs, and put tables outside. It also had a pretty good sized crowd there even at 3 on a Friday afternoon. Happy hour is really good here, got a Devils Backbone IPA for 2 bucks. Solid bacon cheeseburger and quesadilla for food. We will come back here again.

I like this place. It was hard for me to find at first because it’s not right off Route 3 and I didn’t know a little strip mall was back there. The food is good, the portions are huge. They know how to fix good home style comfort food. Good place to check out.

My Husband and I first time there the food was awesome! We came all the way from Waldorf. MD and we definitely will return also the server was great! It was nice and clean!

Uh really nasty, ordered steak, a sweet potato and mashed potatoes and they didn’t ask if I wanted gravy or not just put it on there and my sweet potato was burnt, only thing I ate was the steak. I don’t enjoy leaving dinner hungry this place was gross and when we walked in there was NOBODY else in the restaraunt side which should’ve told us something but we still ate and the server couldn’t even split up our checks right, like how hard is it? NEVER GOING BACK HERE REALLY BAD PLACE TO EAT. and the mashed potatoes tasted like they came out of a box. Gross

We stopped in for a few late night drinks while in town from Seattle and ended up having a great time. Our bartender was friendly and so were the other patrons — one even bought us shots! They have a nice selection of draught beers and a full liquor bar. We didn’t order any food, just drinks, but next time we are in town we will be back!

Love this place. The food is GREAT! Hamburgers and steaks are the best in town. Love the Fried Shrooms!!! Can’t go wrong off the menu. My friend loves the ribs. It is a bar as well and know that on the weekend you will have that atmoshpere. I have gone there on all types of occassion, for food, to drink, to play poker on Monday nights with its bar league. In the warmer months the outside seating is great to hang out and meet new people. LOVE THIS PLACE!
As far as the one negative response. The WING ARE AWESOME. If that is GHETTO, then I missed something in translation. Its a bar and grill, not Ruth Chris, get over yourself!

Durango Grill IS open on Sundays and has drink and food specials plus all the football games on TV.

The Stache Barber Shop loves this spot for lunch! Amazing food!

Apparently they’ve really improved from what it used to be. I don’t know because I’ve only been there once. I’d go back if my friend invited me again. The service was really nice. And they put on the Phillies. er… Nationals game for us!
Their menu consists of burgers, sandwiches, ribs, steak… they probably have some salads on there too, I dunno… :P Probably not the type of place you go to if you’re on a diet.

It’s a neighborhood bar and grill and that’s what you get. I’ve gone in wearing a suit and tie and blue jeans and a t shirt — felt comfortable either way. Food is is very good and fairly priced. I have three young boys and was very comfortable taking them there in part because the folks who work there are fantastic. Beer is cold and drinks well made. If you want a quick drink after work or to kill some time on a weekend in front of football or baseball game you can’t go wrong. By the way great made to order doughnuts in the mornings.

Weird vibe as soon as I walk in the place says STEAK AND GRILL but had the look and feel of a SUBWAY sandwich shop that serves Alcohol!!! The patrons in this establishment consist of a few loud Alcoholics!!! I feel like I just walked into the Titty Twister from the movie from Dusk Till Dawn first appetizer… Wings immediately they smell and look like something I could make at home, they are fried and dripping in hot sauce!!!’ GHETTO!!! And not in a good way they have flat screen tv’s and a fully stocked bar chock full of bottom shelf liquor I can’t get over how much the wings smell like old grease the other patrons have left i Mean the ZOMBIES… and we are the only ones in here… The menu is huge… Which leads me to believe that it’s all crap so I order chicken fingers, onion rings and fries… How can you screw that up… but they did you know how when you eat something GENERIC!!! It’s bland… Poor quality and it just feels different when you chew it??? This meal BLOWS!!!’ I could have picked something out of the dpster better than this… I am not COMMING back
