The tech, Jim, showed up on the same day, as I called that morning, and was courteous and knowledgeable. He informed us what we could do to prevent future issues with the door and it’s components. Jim found a few other issues and recommended repairs accordingly and provided us with a written 3 year warranty. I’m highly impressed with this company as they didn’t pressure us to purchase what we didn’t need but let us know what could happen further down the line. He gave us tips on general maintenance that the homeowner could do themselves to prevent future problems and spending more money on unnecessary repairs.
