This past Saturday, my fiancé and I went in to see Andrew at DND Jewelers for an independent GIA appraisal of our engagement ring. We’re from NOVA and after calling around for quotes in our area, we were anticipating having to pay $ 200 for an appraisal of a solitaire diamond ring.
We made an appointment with Andrew and were quoted $ 65. My fiancé was seen as soon as we arrived and Andrew was incredibly honest and helpful. He didn’t charge us for the appraisal at all, because the diamond had a GIA certificate number etching (which Andrew took the time to show both of us under the microscope). Andrew also generously cleaned the ring for us! We were so impressed by his generosity and professionalism that we immediately asked to look at wedding bands. We look forward to continuing to do business with his company.

I had a great experience here. My diamond ring was stolen. Insurance helped me but I wasn’t feeling very trustworthy after the theft. I visited a few franchise jewelry stores to get ideas but felt ill-​advised. (Chocolate-​huh?) I’m so happy I found DND Jewelers. Andrew and his sister really helped me with advice, guarantees, personal service and more information for me to feel confident. I ‘m really happy and have the diamond ring I had pictured in mind.
