Edith was very helpful, I called about holding a vape and they were able to hold it for me for 30 minutes, it was a great experience and will definitely be buying my vape supplies from this location

Would give this place zero stars if I could. I walked into looking for some juice and a rebuild for my rda. The guy behind the counter had to ask me what an rda was, that was the first clue saying I should have just walked back out the door. When I told him what and rda was he looked at me with this rude look and started acting like a know it all even though he had no clue what he was doing. The I attempted to buy a bottle of juice and he ended up giving me the wrong nicotine level and refused to give me the correct nicotine level, saying that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged. This place is a total joke! Please stay away from this place if you can!

I’ll definitely be back to explore all of what they offer. I stopped in to grab some juice and the owner took care of me and he’s a pretty nice guy offering up some advice about different flavors and so forth. The prices are also very reasonable which is even better! Check them out if you’re in the area as their customer service and environment are top notch!

Stopped in the store only because I was near the business. I was in need of juice and replacement atomizer. They don’t carry my atomizer and once I saw the person behind the counter roll his eyes (rude), I knew I wouldn’t be spending my money with them even for juice. I drove to another vape store and made my purchases.

I’m only giving this place 2 stars because my fiancé and I went in to custom vape to buy some flavors only to realize (after we got home) that we weren’t given a new flavor bottle but a nearly empty tester bottle. Which was a bit upsetting. Other than that, the employee that helped us was nice and the place was very clean.
