I’ve taken my computer to the computer medics twice now and have had very good results. I’m fairly text savvy and have repaired other computers before however I didn’t have time this time to fix my own computer. Brian did a wonderful job explaining to me the situation and why my computer broke which I already knew but just buy him reiterating what I already knew solidified the fact that they were honest. The price was very fair and they worked their best to find the cheapest alternative to fixing my computer says I need a new motherboard and the new chipset. I’m going to take my computers back to computer medics anytime I have a problem and I can’t fix it myself.

Can’t give a zero, so I guess it’s a one. Contacted them to resolve a computer issue in my business. They told me they could come at 1:30pm. They then called and said their representative had car trouble and it would be 3:00pm. I called them at 5:00pm at which time they told me they were not coming at all. So, because of their unwillingness to be upfront about their ability to service my problem, I am another day without my computer. Furthermore, they showed no remorse, offered no apology, and refused to make any accomodation. Stay away.
