I love Dr. McDowell, but he is so booked, it’s difficult to ever book an appointment with him.

Their scheduling person, Brianna, is very rude. I immediately notified them I would be changing to a new primary care doctor.

Wait times were always long, I once waited in the room so long I actually checked to make sure I wasn’t forgotten. Recently, I have been trying to get my medical records sent to a new office and no joke, the process has taken 8 months. I just spoke to someone today and there was a mix up and they are being sent out today.

The office staff at this practice do not answer my questions adequately, nor were they willing to seek the answers to my questions. I have not been able to see a doctor in this practice even though I made an appointment to see a doctor 3 months in advance. In addition to all this, my appointment was cancelled and I didn’t even receive a call from them saying it was cancelled until I called with a change in the appointment. They weren’t able to reschedule my appointment until Oct 2014 (2 months from now), at which I was not able to see another MD. The Physician assistants that I have seen at this practice made me question whether to see another PA ever again since they did not know doses of meds! The most unacceptable flaw of this practice is the lack of communication. My labs were sent to this practice over a month and a half ago and no one has acknowledged that they received them or addressed them. I will not be going back there!

Just walked out after an hour of waiting. Got there at 1115, my appointment was at 1130. They called me back at 1120. I left at 1210 after having STILL not being seen. Last time I waited 90 minutes. I’m done. Finding another doctor’s office who realizes that my time is just as valuable as theirs.
