Always a great visit to Chick-​fil-​A. The service was quick and the order was correct. The friendliness was above average and the staff did a great job of handling a large crowd in the restaurant! Amazing food, clean, and great service.

Still nasty! Years later and similar experience. I ordered a chicken burrito and it came out sopping wet. The tortilla was partially disintegrated in areas and covered in slime. I don’t know what this location does to their food but it’s the last time I waste my morning or my money here.

No way this chic fil a is as busy as the one in Central Park. So what is with the weird barrier at the register!!! We stand in the line for a few minutes waiting no big deal. Some elderly lady walks around the wrong side of the barrier and spends the next 5 minutes chatting and ordering food. Wtf is the roller coaster style barrier for? Now we’re stuck between a lil old lady who likes to talk and 5 angry customers who just want a sandwich and move on with their lives.

We loved Chick-​fil-​A when we were in Fredericksburg. Miss Bambi is the best! She’s always smiling, always helpful, and always makes you feel special. The place is always clean, always busy, but always fast. Seriously miss this location since we’ve relocated. Best service!

Clean and everyone is friendly. Pieces of chicken are getting smaller and smaller. Wayyyy more bread than chicken, especially in the mornings!!!

I own a store right in next shopping center, S’ LaShay Boutique & Novelties… The customer service here is always on point. OMG. They are super! And even when drive thru is backed up… It still moves fast. The employees always greet with smiles and are always so courteous. Love this place. My order has never been messed up. And I go at least twice a week, for past 10 months.

Just didn’t seem like the normal chick fil a visit. Lately I’ve noticed there is no more «my pleasure». They get way backed up, mixing up food. Giving out wrong food and then taking it back switching fries twice with no gloves. Then completely not listening to what I’m asking for. I was trying to do an up charge and was told no flat out and asked if my order was done. So I repeated how I wanted to pay the extra and then I was told no, well I don’t think so, do you want me to ask. At that point I had spent to much time trying to order one sandwich and a drink. I was like never mind. Like why didn’t you just ask the first time why does you asking have to be my choice? Ugh I guess that’s how fast food goes!

Not sure why they added a barrier at the cash register but it was a bad idea. You have a choice now order your food, step to the side to wait. This option you get real close and personal as the next couple pack in with you. Or what I did open the barrier behind you to escape the crowd. Then my food was ready… but now I have to wade thru a crowd behind a fence to reach my food. I really like chic fil a but it’s not that good. I’d remove the cattle fence to promote free movement.

Clean but very poor device and food. Not very organized of the morning we arrived. It took us about 25 minutes to get our food. Compared to my regular 2 – 3 Chick-​fil-​a I eat at the food was horrible. Smaller portions, food not warm enough. The processed eggs and lack of taste helps me say with confidence that I’d never return.

I have been to this branch of Chick fil recently as I now work in that area. Pros– super friendly team and they got my orders right. Cons– diarrhea. So I ordered breakfast here twice. Both times I got so sick at work with diarrhea it was horrible. I have frequently been to the Carl d Silver and Masaponnox store and have not had a problem at either. Love Chick fil a but no way will I ever eat at this one again.

If there is such a thing as a transcendental experience at a fast food restaurant, lunch today at Chick-​Fil-​A would embody that experience. This had to be the cleanest fast food restaurant I think I’ve ever been to. I saw no fewer than three employees working to keep the restaurant clean. They were cleaning floors, wiping down tables, And working in the parking lot sweeping up trash. The manager stopped by my table 3 times once just to ask how I was doing, the second time to bring me a moist towelette, and the third time to bring me a mint and take my tray away. Great meal, great service, clean restaurant equals a fabulous experience at this restaurant.

Love this place !!! Love the customer service !! Always get my food within less than 3 mins although this place is ALWAYS busy !!

I’m giving this five stars among fast food restaurants. Outstanding custom service. I wish all businesses functioned in this manner. Great food, always hot and tasty. I go here often and they’ve never gotten my food wrong and they’ve always been consistent. It’s easy to get to (although the parking lot is packed most of the time).

I can’t bring myself to give a fast food place 5 stars, but I am OBSESSED with this place! This location is my favorite, as I have found the staff just goes above and beyond what is required of them.

What can I say, I haven’t had Chick Fil-​A in AGES. And after losing power at the hotel on the way back from Florida, it was one of the only places open on a generator. Major awesome! (I sound tacky there huh?)
Anyway, service with a smile! Not something you expect or find at fast food these days, but everyone there was doing their best working through the limited equipment through power-​outage, and as busy as it was, the staff was still very friendly. Unfortunately I didn’t get any of their names, but if a manager sees this, commend everyone on your staff for going well above and beyond what one would expect!
And if you live in the area, and like Chick Fil-​A, than you know what I’m talking about and this place would be highly recommended!

Fast service and an extremely friendly and competent staff. I will visit them anytime I’m traveling through.

I love Chick Fil-​A they have the best sweet tea I travel and I take a gallon of tea and I love the spicy chicken sandwich.

I got the 4 piece chicken tenders and was very happy. The lemonade was superb as always. I love me some Chic Fil-​A.

So I finally had an opportunity to try the vaunted Chick Fil-​A which I’ve heard so much about.
Meh. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t anything better than I’ve gotten at other places. And KFC’s cole slaw is still the best. The service was very personable though and they make a good lemonade.
