This Chick-​fil-​A goes above and beyond when serving their guests.
On many occasions I have witnessed a manager named Mike assisting guests to their vehicles on rainy days. I have never seen that anywhere else!
The restrooms are clean and there is complimentary lotion, mouthwash, and tissues.
The floors and tables are kept clean and the food is always fresh.
This is a busy location, but the staff is polite and attentive and they try to assist every guest quickly and with a smile. The staff is knowledgeable and even if they aren’t sure on something, they are happy to find out.
The meals are brought to the table and the staff will come around to check on you and refresh your beverage!
I try to avoid visiting other Chick-​fil-​As in the area, even if that means going out of my way. I recommend this Chick-​fil-​A to all of my friends!

The BEST staff interaction I’ve ever had at a chick fil a! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and attentive. Not just friendly but made an effort to make conversation. It was raining and it was the perfect opportunity to be grumpy but NOPE!!! If I’m ever hungry on I 95s I’m definitely going to stop here again! Food was delicious, hot, and consistent with a good Chicken FIL A meal. 10 stars!

I love this place. The food is delicious and always fresh. Service is the best in town. Always willing to go the extra mile. They have fun mommy daughter and daddy daughter activities. My daughter loved the stuffed animal sleepover.

We stopped here from a trip.
This is very popular stop bc the place was packed. There was a line, and it moved, not as fast as usual but it moved. We got our food, the temperature and taste were good.
There was a kid play area, which was nice bc of the line.
Restroom was clean.
Good spot.

The parking lot was kind of crazy due to the drive thru wrapping all the way around the building but the staff was so perfectly polite and friendly I still give them 5 stars. They must truly enjoy their jobs and its refreshing to see.

Out of all the chick FIL a restaraunts in the dmv area. This is the one with the best customer service as well as there food. They beleive in serving hot fresh food. We went at 930 and the 5 meals we got were all fresh. Another family came at 10:05pm when they clearly already closed and they let them in and served them. 5 stars to this team. Leading the way. Wow. I was surprised that this Chick-​Fil-​A was so bad. They got my order wrong and they took forever to replace it. Not like other stores. Don’t go to this one.

Best fast food chicken sandwiches, very clean atmosphere and outstanding customer service.
We decided to dine in after a long drive from the DC area. Walked into a very clean, well maintained fast food atmosphere. Play area available. The restroom have mouthwash for after the meal.
Customer service is top notch/​best of all food chains. Very polite workers here. Greeted with a nice welcome and a smile. When you return a thank you pay attention to what they say. The wait wasn’t long for the food. I’d say less than 3 minutes.
My go-​to meal is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe combo meal. So simple yet so delicious. Fresh, breaded spicy chicken breast, lettuce, tomato and pepper jack cheese. Not greasy like other fast food places. Love them waffle potato fries as well. Can’t forget the sweet tea. The further away you get from DC, the more «Southern comfort/​hospitality» you feel. I couldn’t get good sweet tea in DC. Got my sweet tea fix.
Stopping by here was the easiest and best choice.

Always great service and great food. Always get my food order right when I go through the drive-​through or inside. They are the best!

I don’t think that I’ve ever gotten a bad meal here. The employees are nice too. Almost too nice.

Amazing, amazing service. Everyone was extremely helpful and did not seem like they were being forced to «fake it» because it’s they’re job. Every fast food/​restaurant should take a page from their book. What’s the secret to the genuine e happiness of the employees??? Whatever it is, keep it up!

Friendliest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Across the board, from the kids at the counter to the girl cleaning up the dining area, the manager who was actively training a new employee, it was unbelievable. Never seen so many smiles! I want employees like that working for me!

Ok so I must update once again as I must have been in a terrible mood the day of the last update. This establishment is awesome and deserves the 5 star rating. The service is excellent and the food is always awesome. My orders since the last have been perfect. I apologize Chic-​fil-​a please dont hate me :)

Ate here with my fiancée yesterday as a pit stop driving on I-​95. Although not my first time having Chick-​fil-​A, this was my first time actually inside a proper Chick-​fil-​A restaurant. I was thoroughly impressed by how large and clean the place was. The restroom was also very clean. The cashier was the friendliest we’ve ever encountered. The service was great too — we waited by the counter for our food but apparently they bring it to your table.
The quality of the food was solid. We each had a Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich and also shared waffle fries and nuggets. The chicken in the sandwich was juicy and just the right amount of spicy, and the fries and nuggets were delicious as well.
If I ever drive through this area, I’m definitely stopping by here again for a pit stop!

Fries halfway full, soggy, and cold. Run almost completely by teenagers it seems like. Oh well. Probably the worst experience at this location (even though this one is the best). I will come back, but I’ll have to be better about checking my fries next time.
Also, they don’t know how to bag food at all. The bag is so full you can’t close it… which results in cold food. Seriously not that hard to use two bags, people.

This was one of the friendliest restaurants I have ever been to! Great service and awesome employees. Thank you for making our long trip worth stopping for! Now home to Pittsburgh!

Perfect fast food place. Several registers were open and the staff was ready to wait on us. Smiles everywhere. Clean.

Food is always great and the employees are outstanding! Parking gets a little tight at times!

Excellent fast food option off I-​95. Clean, professional, courteous and kid friendly. They bring food to your table. Great restrooms and nice ambiance. (There’s even an indoor slide.)

Last time I told someone I liked this place I got barbecued. I come here for the food, not for their political or religious views.
If you want a great chicken sandwich, this is the place. Especially the breakfast biscuit sandwiches. I am craving one now!
