I had a horrible experience with American Laser Skincare. I originally signed up in Carlsbad, CA, then transferred to the Fredericksburg VA office when I moved. They lied to me, took a LOT of money from me telling me I was the perfect candidate, and lasered 3 different areas on my body for a year and a half before finally admitting that it will not work because my hair was too light. They specifically told me it would work on my light hair when I signed up because I was concerned and made a point to discuss it. They never apologized, never offered any kind of refund, and never tried to make any concession for what I believe to me a complete fraud.
