Do not hire! I would only hire this business if they were the very last plumbing service in the U.S. I had Roger and his son out to fix my leaking master bathroom toilet, which evidence presented wet grout around the base of the toilet. I believed it to be the toilet base gasket but was convinced by Roger it was only the flapper. Thus, he changed the flapper and charged me the full service charge. About 20 days later we noticed water pooling on the ceiling, in the kitchen, just below the toilet in the master bathroom. We turned off the water immediately and called in the repair. The second plumber immediately stated it was the toilet base gasket. After cleanup, replacing the base gasket and turning on the water… no more leaking. Issues: not only did Roger not detect a simple toilet leak, it was misdiagnosed, charged for an erroneous issue, he would not address my phone calls, hung up on me and did nothing to correct his incompetence. Thus, we were out of pocket for all the secondary water damage, very infuriating.

We have used a national chain plumber and a Northern VA chain plumber in the past with horrible results. 3-​D Roger Rooter Plumbing showed up promptly for our after-​hours issue and quickly diagnosed and fixed our issue sooner than expected and for less than expected.
Very honest Veteran-​Owned business. They are our plumbing company from now on.

I do not use plumbers a lot and not sure if I am an expert to review the service but… one thing that irritated me is that at they advertise that the estimate is 29.95. Be careful. It is 29.95 per problem. I had a dishwasher problem which I expected to pay for the estimate. They tested the pipes. Took 5 min. I also had a question for the basement and the gentlemen only ran the water to the drain. No work was performed. I was asked to pay $ 65. When I called the office to inquire what $ 65 was for, Jennifer could not explain. She said: «Roger had to perform some work for you».

Roger and his team have been great on fixing problem at my company. Roger knows how to save you money and never tries to sell you more than what you really need.
