I had a great experience, easy to book the appointment and even change it, the staff were excellent and I got the result very quick.

Beware of their check in process, with the plastic tablet things that you have to negotiate on your own. I neglected to notice one of the screens saying my insurance deductible wasn’t met and I could owe $ 1000. after the $ 200. copay. It took five phone calls of run-​around to get an explanation of how I missed that when the bills came. My oncologist and internist and cancer radiologist all have a human who talks to me privately about what my insurance covers or doesn’t, until I understand it, which is necessary when you’ve been diagnosed and treated for cancer. Shifty billing shouldn’t be something someone with chemo brain has to worry about. I won’t be back. MWH has billboards about their wonderful cancer care, but I’ll go to Spotsylvania Regional from now on, where they take the time to talk to you, without some plastic machine.

This place is amazing. It’s my second time here and I tell you what even if there is a line, they are all extremely professional at the desk and get you in and out ASAP. And I LOVE THE PHREESIAPAD CHECK IN SYSTEM!!! All medical offices need to transfer to this.

Well oiled machine and located right there by Mary Washington Hospital. I had an appointment on a Saturday and showed up right on time. They are open on Saturdays! I was given an Ipad to check in AND also swipe my credit card to pay my co-​pay. It was probably the most high tech office I’ve been to yet. I even got one of those buzzers you get at restaurants to let you know your table is ready. It was not the most pleasant procedure I was going for but, it went very smoothly and didn’t take a long time. I was called almost immediately after I checked in. The waiting area was also not full at all. Basically, it was nothing like the horrors I experienced at Lenox Hill Radiology back in New York City. Will have all my ultrasound and x-​ray needs performed here in the future.
