Zainali Lobat, DDS

I had my first appointment with Dr. Zainali a few weeks ago for a consultation for Invisalign. The scheduling process was super simple, the office staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Zainali did my exam and went over everything in detail about what my treatment would entail and the cost. We ran into some hiccups over the cost and payment method, but we were able to work everything out. The office staff was extremely patient and helpful… the communication between staff and patients is open and they are proactive. During my appointment for impressions, I asked a million questions about everything from ingredients to process and time (I’m *that* patient who needs to know everything, lol) and they were very happy to answer all of my questions and explain the process to me, which was wonderful. The office is clean, they accept care credit, and their scheduling is fairly flexible. Highly recommended!
