I would not recommend going to this location. The Senior Customer Service Representative yelled at me in front of other customers. I had two samples of my patio materials and was looking for some wall blocks that would coordinate with them. Before I could say a word to her, she looked at me and was shaking her head «no» and when I told her I hadn’t even asked a question yet and how could she say no if she didn’t even know what I was going to ask her. She then asked if I was a homeowner and when I said «yes» she proceeded to yell at me and told me that I couldn’t purchase materials there. When I told her I had a contractor working for me that could buy the materials she still said that they would have to come there and not me. All I wanted to do was to pick out the color that I wanted my contractor to buy. She then proceeded to wait on three other customers and told me that I would have to wait. So, I waited until the other customers were gone and I told her that she was very rude to me and that I was very sorry she was so overworked.
After I left there, I went to two other places in Frederick that only sell to contractors and the sales people at those two places were very nice to me and brought out samples for me to look at. They knew that I was not a contractor and yet they treated me like a real customer.
