Signature Home Sales

We originally contacted Cathy because of a Unilocal review. Then we got handed of to her son Brock. We kept going back and forth between the two-​notably much less experienced.
When the time came to make an offer, we were emailed all the documents asking for our electronic signature. They did not go over the documents with us at all– they prefer to put the burden on the client. Lucky for us, I am a law student and was able to comprehend the very dense materials.
Also– they did not end up finding our home – we did, through a family member that is now our neighbor – but they still charged the full finders fee.
This was my first home purchase so I was not sure of the process but our lender was actually amazing and he helped us through every step of the way.

I have known Cathy since 2002. She helped me buy my condo. She is very knowledgeable. N helpful and has been a trusted adviser to me re real estate issues for unbiased advice. She is very professional and proactive and looks out for clients best interest. She maintains long term relationships with clients. And always has their best interests at heart. I have confidence in her knowledge and take her advice before I make any real estate decisions.

We first met Cathy when we needed to rent an apartment in Frederick, MD. Her responsiveness to our initial email was almost instantaneous, a characteristic that she has exemplified throughout our relationship. She fought for us and made us feel comfortable during the process.
A year later, we decided to buy a house and Cathy’s prior experience in New Home sales made her the perfect partner. There’s not a job that she can’t handle! She even accompanied us to the builder’s design center to help make sure that the choices we made today would increase the home’s value for resale in the future. Incredible! On the day of closing, the lender kept pushing the times back and almost went into the next week, which would have put us without a home for a couple days. Cathy went above and beyond, fought hard for us, and made everyone show up at 10PM on Friday night for the closing. We couldn’t have been happier!!!
