I’d give zero stars if possible.
I called to get a quote and the man on the phone was so rude! He said we don’t do quotes. Someone will call you tomorrow morning to make an appointment. I asked a couple more questions about the appointment. He then said, «I don’t think we’ll be a good fit. Good luck with what you need.» I was shocked so I said, «Excuse me?» To which he repeated the same thing and hung up on me.
Thanks for nothing. Terrible customer service.
