Open on weekends and by appointment from April to December. Pretty amazing that this little house has slave quarters in the back! There is an admission fee and it is a bit off the beaten path compared to downtown Frederick, but it is worth going a few blocks out of the way.
The Historical Society on 24 E. Church Street is the same company and for $ 1.00 more you can see both museums. Check it out.
