Had an appointment for them to come clean my carpets. Total no shows. Two hours after they were supposed to come, I tried calling their office for over an hour and no one even picked up the phone. Extremely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.

Honest business. Called them to come a clean a carpet, that was badly stained by tenants, and the guy told me it would be a waste of my money to have him clean the carpet. He could tell, just by looking at it, that the stains wouldn’t come out. But he showed me on a few small spots, with the chemical they use, that a cleaning would have made it better, but would not get the full stain out. He recommended replacing it.
