Maybe it is because I“m a regular and they get use to their regular customers … We are always treated very well! Most of the staff are friendly and willing to help with any questions or needs! You can’t beat their soups and sandwiches or salads. The fact they use mostly organic and the more healthy LESS crap ridden products thrills me! The baked goodies NEVER disappoint! I prefer the Panera at Kingfisher drive over the one out by FSK mall. It just feels nicer, cleaner and the staff is very pleasant!

Very disappointed that they did not offer the free pick 2 for Veterans Day today. Food was ok but they said no because they are a franchise store. Will not be stopping here again.

Love this location! The staff is friendly, fast, and efficient. Mad props to deena and rob who make everyone feel at home! Panera always has good food… But good people aren’t always the easiest to find. ALSO this is my fav place for catering. No one is as great as them.

Had lunch here today I never know what I want. The cashier was super nice and patient. Food came out quick and it taste perfect I got a Caesar salad and turkey panini it was great ! I also got the bread I shouldn’t have but its so good don’t judge me lol!

I really like Panera, but…
This is the least consistent Panera I’ve frequented. It’s really like playing «Panera Roulette» to eat here. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes just ok, and sometimes just plain off target.
One wonders when corporate will address the deficiencies?
On multiple occasions I’ve been served old/​stale/​spoiled food. Really not the right way to treat a customer.
The staff is not trained sufficiently to deal with customers. Many are unable to operate Point-​of-​Sale systems, so the wait is longer. There also seems to be little training on how to rectify problems with orders/​food.
The menu board is about ½ the size of normal Panera menus. It’s difficult at best to read, and makes deciding more challenging.
I’ve given them multiple opportunities and they have failed in some way each time. I think I’m done with this location!

You never know if they cashier is going to crack a smile or look like they’ve got better things to do than help you.
I do come here every morning for a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and an iced tea (because both are great), but anything else is sub par.
The broccoli and cheddar has been slightly warm on multiple occasions, but that and the Mac and cheese is still just about the only thing I can trust will be made well.

This was our first time visiting this location. It was during lunch time and it was not busy busy, but the place is small. The service and food was great here. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The artichoke-​spinach soufflé right out of the oven is delicious. The baguettes are quite good, crunchy and fresh. The chopped cobb salad is good as well. The croissants are horrible. It’s a nice place to relax and read the newspaper on the weekend. My only quip is that there seems to be no system for ordering there. People just kind of mingle near the counter and someone might ask you if you need help, but I find it better to be assertive or you could be standing around awhile.
