We had a chat with John before acquiring his service, he reassured us that we won’t be disappointed. The entire process took almost four hours for a single family home.
He started to work on inspecting the exterior of the house even before we arrived.
John was knowledgeable, honest and patience with explaining the details and making recommendations throughout the entire process. He was willing to go the extra mile to check on anything that he suspected might be an issue for us. As promised, we had our inspection report delivered within 3 hours after the inspection on a Friday evening. Reports include photos emailed to us. He did the same for the Radon test results, was emailed to us almost immediate after he got the results on a Sunday evening. He even offered to ask him questions anytime after the inspection. He is professional, polite and very service-​oriented!
