Newbridge Spine & Pain Center

As far as the other review on this page, I’m not sure who they are talking about. The office is lovely and clean and they have many docs there who can see you. As a new patient I got in the next day. I had a very nice, and through visit with Dr. Shaikh and he explained a lot to me and told me what was causing my pain. I feel very trusting of him to do my back injections in a few weeks. There are some sketchy looking people in that office but none of them are people who work there. I am so glad my doctor refferred me to this office.

My father recently injured his back and went to Newbridge for treatment. I have gone with my parents both times for an epidural cortisone injection. The first time was the day after an mri was done. The doctor did not meet with us at all to review his results. He was just taken by the nurse for his procedure and sent home. Prior to the second shot, my mother requested we be able to speak to the doctor to review the mri. On the day of his second injection we were told the doctor was too busy to talk to us. This in my opinion is a horrible way to do treat elderly patients who just want the pain to go away. We still do not have a diagnosis and do not know the exact cause of his pain. I have been to other offices for my own back pain and have always had detailed conversations with the doctors who showed me what the problem areas were.
