The dining room is clean, employees are pleasant enough. But fairly often they get your order wrong. I usually am just picking up an unsweetened tea but there have been times I end up with a sweet tea. Is that a huge deal? No. But just my experience with this location.

They can not get a single order right. This morning I ordered a number one. Easy, right? Nope! I get home only to unwrap an egg mcmuffin that has sausage, an egg white and some kind of stale cheese. Gross. And they weren’t busy. No one else was in the drive thru line. When I order for our family of five, it’s like pulling teeth — forget it! They consistently get our orders wrong. That’s why I usually drive further to the West 7th street McD’s.

Beware if you want to use a coupon or an app coupon. The staff are trained to discourage coupon use or corporate coupons of any type. They make the customer feel like they are stealing when they use a coupon. This not for all of the staff, just the leadership.

Recently management seemed to have improved. But, just not too long ago I was not impressed when I was there on a Friday afternoon. There were influx of McDonald’s employees picking up and reading their paychecks, crowding up the place and ignoring their customers. I had asked for the owner or manager to complain that I was not served. This employee refused to get the owner or manager. Due to this I had left this place hungry. Don’t get me wrong it is always great to earn and have a paycheck. But, please do not ignore customers so instead, put paycheck in the pocket for later, and work with customers if you are on duty!
