The guys in the men’s department are awesome. I bought a Tommy Hilfiger suit and accidentally washed the pants. Destroyed them as they were wool. I brought the pants back to Macy’s and they agreed to exchange them for a new pair no questions asked. But then they didn’t have my size (34′ inseams can be hard to find) so they ordered a pair for me. That was Sunday. Today is Tuesday and the pants were sitting on my front door when I got home from work. Not only phenomenal customer service, but an incredible system to satisfy their customers.

This Macy’s is very small, and doesn’t have a lot in stock, every time I wanted a certain pair of shoes, sunglasses or purses they didn’t have it and I had to order it online. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
