I give this location three stars because of the consistent LACK of customer service. The first time I walked into this location– four years ago — I was shocked by the absence of customer service. I’ve been to other locations where the associates are very attentive, but not this location. They will help you when asked but they disappear once they’ve helped you. As with all Lofts, I love the selection and that keeps me coming back. Would love for them to be more helpful and focused on the customer.

Poor service… the two employees looked at me and said nothing. One in particular was just folding clothes when I walked in. She looked and me without saying a word and continued with her task. The cashier was with a customer, but when she was done, she too looked my way without acknowledgment. Good customer service makes a great shopping experience. Unfortunately, I had to find this at the White House Black Market a few doors down.

This is a well stocked location. I wasn’t greeted upon entering, and when I was greeted after I had been there for about 15min, it was to only be asked if I have a loft card, and try to get me to open one. No, thanks! That being said, I loved the selection of new styles, and the specials on jeans and sweaters. There were great dresses to choose from, and dressing rooms open and ready. The sales selection wasn’t that great, with lots of items you really wouldn’t want to buy. There is a lot of open empty space in the store, with the clothes pushed all up against the walls. So, it’s a bit tight trying to look in some areas. Especially, when more than one person is trying to look at the exact same rack, because they’re worried you’ve found some miraculous item they want too :)
