Absolutely fantastic! The instructors here are some of the best I’ve ever seen. They work exceptionally well with the children; teaching them in ways in which the kids can relate — to which the kids respond well. Then, the very same instructors moved fluidly and effortlessly to teach the adults (in a separate class) and are professional, friendly, & highly skilled.
If you’re looking for a way to teach your children (or yourself) discipline, confidence, stick-​to-​it-​ness, and self defense then this is the place!
