Great local shoe/running store. Staff is super friendly and they carry a nice mix of road and trail running shoes. The best place about the store is their return policy. Shoes can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase if you’re not happy with them.

After a horrible experience at road runner sports I decided to check out if the shoe fits. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who proved to be very knowledgeable about each pair of shoes I tired on. The prices are very comparable but the customer service will make me definitely come here again.

I’ve been to this place a couple of times now and every time I am pleased with the outcome. The staff knows what their talking about and explain why you need a certain shoe. Yes, they may be pricey, but that’s what you get for having the right shoe for your needs. Their shoes help with so many lower extremity problems it’s amazing. They are there to help not make you broke. I love my inserts that I got, my dad loves the ones I got for his dress shoes that he wears daily and my boyfriend loves his new shoes. I will continue to tell my patients, friends and family members about this amazing store.

For a hometown specialty store, it’s exactly what I would expect. I have been in here a few times to purchase various items, and yesterday was my first experience in the shoe buying department with them. I was well taken care of, and the customer service was awesome. I was able to have a «learning» conversation with the staff and just about every person I talked to had an answer to all my questions and explained it in terms a newbie(me) would understand. They also have a wide selection of «width’s» for their shoes. I was able to try both 2E’s and 4E’s in just about every brand they carry and the staff went out of their way to ensure that I had the RIGHT shoe. I do have to knock a star off for their website though. This seems to be a waste of internet space and doesn’t do the store any justice. If I had seen that before I went in, I probably wouldn’t have gone in. I will suggest though that once you get past that and go to the store, I believe you will enjoy your experience. I plan to return their in the future for any further running/walking shoe needs that I might have.

After I started getting shin splints in my favorite pair of running shoes, I went to a few different sporting goods stores to replace them, and nothing was *quite right.* So, I decided it was time to bite the bullet and get fit by a store that specializes in it. The pros: I was able to describe what I was looking for in a shoe, had the fitter watch me walk and run, measure me, and come out with several amazing options. The cons: You’re not going to pay what you would at a warehouse store. These are all full retail prices – but I figure to be in the right, good-fitting shoe, I’m saving myself in the long run on possible sports injuries. I also walked away with a bit of a feeling that there’s a «network» within the community and the store and that I was easily overlooked among some of the«regulars.» I had to wait and sort of draw attention to myself both to originally be fitted and later to be rung up. However, as I wear through these and go back to find another pair, perhaps I, too, will be recognized.
