I am a Realtor, who works with many reputable vendors within a year. I am just glad that Frederick Fence is installing a fence for me and not that I referred them to one of my clients!!!
I would have given this company zero stars but was not available!
The lack of communication within the company, where the salesman (Paul) quickly disappeared to the permitting employee (Rhonda) who did not think she should call me within a week after she sent permitting docs to find out if I ever received them (and Nope, I had not), through to the scheduler (Jackie) who told me they would finish the job on Saturday, but low and behold, they don’t work on Saturdays!, finally to the crew coordinator (Eric), (who seemed so cavalier and defensive to my questions and concerns as to why the team, which started weeks late to begin with, now working 2 days and taking 4 days off, must get this type of my disgruntled call often!
Who is in charge!!!
Find another company to put the fence or deck in. Not worth the anxiety.
Awful service, disconnected employees and I recommend owner do some in-​service customer service.
I intend to send this review on to all!

I’ve just had installed a 2×2 picket fence style at my front yard and a 3-​split rail style on my back yard at my house in Bethesda. The finished work was beautiful and the price competitive. I would recommend this company.

I have used Frederick Fence to build two decks on two different homes. Also they built my fence around previous home. Bid amount was competitive, sales person very friendly and informative. Install crew polite and «showed on time». I will be back.

Very happy with Frederick fence. Needed a few odd sized posts. Extremely friendly and knowledgable over the phone and even better in person. Priced better than HD an Lowes and you can tell the associates there knew what they were talking about. Will definitely be back!
