After tweeting my dissatisfaction, I sent an email to a corporate account and received a form letter response from a corporate customer service rep and a follow-up phone call from the local facility. She basically CONFIRMEDTHATTHEYAPPLY A «BAIT&SWITCH» with their customers, stating«we reviewed the price and increased it so that it is closer to the ‘market value’ of the other units that size on our property». After some conversation, she agreed to lower the increase, but I still have to pay more per month than the initial«move-in deal» I was offered.
