Dunkin’ Donuts

Really like this location. I stop by frequently on my way to work for my iced coffee. My order is always correct, not too much of a wait (this is usually around 6:30am) and the employees are pleasant.

I am 17 weeks pregnant and I ordered a decaffeinated coffee and received and caffiniated coffee. I also ordered a toasted rasin bagel and one side was burnt and the other was hardly toasted. The service is extremely friendly but If you’re going for the right order and non burnt/​undercooked bagels do not go here. I normally don’t like writing bad reviews but this has happened to me more than once and this is the final time I will be going to this location.

They never get my order correct, I drive by here everyday and I ask for basic stuff and it’s never what I ordered. There used to be a long haired older guy who was a manager there. It was great under him. Since then it’s brutal.

i have never gotten a correct order at this DD! decided to give them one last try today. my last experience I was in the drive thru behind someone who ordered a dozen bagels, donuts and box of coffee. when I got to the window the two guys working there were asking me if I knew where the car in front of me went because they only gave him half his bagels. they said what dummy drives off without all his order? Today I ordered a large black coffee got to the window and the guy hands me the coffee about 20 seconds later he looks at me again and says «you need something?» I said «yeah my change» I guess giving change cuts down on tips. got home and took a sip of my coffee only to find its heavy cream and heavy sugar … this place is terrible they should just close it

Wrong Sizes and Orders
I’ve ordered a Large Latte and I’ve received a Medium on several occasions. Don’t notice until I go in the next day and get a bigger cup than the one from the day before. I’d be nice for the opposite to happen where I order a Medium and receive a Large but that’s not gonna happen. When in doubt under serve I suppose.
Omg whenever I have an order that includes regular food, doughnuts and drinks it’s crazy how you receive a third of the order and then they say bye… «But what about my drink?» Oh sorry here… Check bag and I’m missing something else. This has happen more than once.
I just wish this location (only one I’ve been too in a long time) would be more consistent. God knows I’ve spend a lot there and am a loyal customer and it’s not right.

Most of the DDs are generally crowded in the morning, but this location is a little slower than some of the other locations I’ve visited. The staff is decent, not super courteous, but not rude.
My iced coffees and lattes are always made perfectly. I’ve never had to send a drink back because it didn’t taste right. I’ve had to do that with a few other locations.
The munchkins (donut holes) are fresh, which I appreciate. I hardly ever order them (I go for coffee mostly) so when I do, I’m happy they’re fresh!

This place is absolutely ridiculous! Employees do not take pride of their appearances. They have rudest employees! Their management and or owner is no where to be found when there is a problem! They leave their bag of coffee beans expired by two weeks on their shelves. So you wonder why they do not take it down right away? Something’s wrong with this place because Dunkin Donut Corporate is not responsive to reconcile issues. I’ve had it with this place. Good luck!

Consistent for the chain. Still my favorite coffee.

This D&D is nice, new and spacious. And they have wifi, perfect for late night study sessions when you know you’ll need fuel that only D&D can provide.
They have a good selection of items and never seem to be out of anything (which is fantastic). The donuts are always fresh, tasty and full of crack. Ok, maybe not crack, but they sure are addicting! My favorite is the Boston Crème and the Chocolate glazed munchkins. I’m not a coffee drinker, but all my friends are and love the coffee here. I always go with hot chocolate and it was very tasty at this location. Def the nicer D&D in Frederick hands down.
