Absolutely HORRIBLE! First off, NO site protection, they let all the trash and nails fall into landscaping etc and have done nothing since to clean it up. Secondly they parked vehicle and trailers on grass or wherever they felt like it, destroying grass and sprinklers etc etc. Again nothing has been done to correct! Lastly they did an absolutely horrible job!!!(this is townhouse complex with 200+ units.). Of THREEUNITS I have seen there are NINEERRORS!!! THREEUNITSNINEERRORS! On mine they neglected to put the attic vent caps back on, they just shingled over the holes !!! It has been two months since this problem had arisen and been leaking. I have been contacted ONCE saying we will be in touch. ONCE!!! ABSOLUTELYHORRIBLEANDDISGRACEFUL!!!

They came highly recommended and things started out pretty good. They showed up and seemed to identify the problem pretty quickly when others couldn’t find it. Then things fell apart. They said they would email me a proposal on Monday. When I didn’t get anything, I called on Tuesday. They acted annoyed I was calling to follow up and said it was coming. A week later, still nothing and I called again. They seemed confused this time and took my number. Still haven’t called me back. Seems like my choices are responsive companies who can’t identify the problem or these guys who want you to beg for their business.

Less than thrilled. We contacted this roofing company to replace our broken skylight on 5⁄27. Someone from their office contacted us the next morning asking for more information, which we quickly responded to, and then never heard anything back. I emailed them again on 6⁄2 asking if anyone from their office would be contacting us to setup a time to give us an estimate, Jo contacted me right back saying they were 2 weeks out on repairs due to the weather and how busy they already were, but that someone would be contacting me to setup a time to give us an estimate. That was the last I have heard from their office. I emailed Jo again on 6/16, being empathetic to the volume of calls and repairs they probably had coming in, but asking if we would be hearing from their office at all, and still have had no response. Very unprofessional.
