Wendy’s

Here is why you get one star ! Ignorance it wasn’t busy I asked a simple question that as a manager you should know !! Is the shake and chili gluten free your response no !!! Yep no ! Why does this bother me because they’re gluten free so for two years I haven’t eaten Wendy’s thanks for not checking and being rude about it ! By rude he acted as if he was being put out didn’t seem to listen at first I thought thee might be a slight language barrier so my husband talked to him same attitude but then said no it wasn’t so for two years you don’t get me or my husband business .He bought the franchise at least brush up on a few things. Sheesh ! Anyways that’s my take on this Wendy’s so I drive to the one on Hillsboro pike there friendlier. Who needs a rude attitude we did actually give him another chance and got the same rude behavior from the same store manager I said it was two years ago but actually has been longer it was 2009 perhaps there is a different owner or manager. So check it out let me know if the same sorry management still exists
