I’m giving this vape store three stars based solely on a few juices. If I was rating this store on customer service alone it would be one. I’m a self professed vape snob and I love good juice. Some of the Badger line is really good. However I felt very ill at ease in the store. I wasn’t asked many (if any) questions on what I vaped. I didn’t feel comfortable in the store at all. If I happen to go back in it would be for a quick bottle of juice. I didn’t bother to check prices on tanks or batteries because the one type of coil I asked for was overpriced by industry standard.

Unfortunately never returning to this shop even though it’s the closest one to me. Everytime I have ever bought anything from here there has been an issue. Two seperate times I’ve asked for a certain flavor and they’ve filled it or given me the wrong one. I’ve also bought a pack of coils that would taste completely burnt from the first use. They blamed it on me not priming them correctly. So I allowed him to take a new one out of the pack and he primed it. It was exactly the same. When he tasted it he agreed but said he didn’t know want to do cause he didn’t want to get in trouble because I already used two. No, I tried the first burnt one and he used the second. He gave me another pack but no money back. And when I got home this pack was exactly the same. I’ll find somewhere else to go. If you feel that you have «quality» products, stand by them in the positive and negative light.

I was in desperate need of a bottle of eliquid today and stumbled into this place. I’m so glad I did, the owners were super nice and helpful. The atmosphere was open and comfortable. They were not pushy and allowed me try all if their liquids before making a decision.
I decided on Monkey Munchies– a delicious blend of banana & peanut butter! I’ll certainly make this my new local one stop shop.

I bought a vape pen from this shop and it only lasted 2 months. When I first bought it, the tip shattered because the juice they sold me was too acidic. When I tried to return it to get a vape pen with a glass tip, they wouldn’t let me so I had to buy a separate glass tip. Now, my vape pen won’t charge. I brought it into the shop and they won’t let me return it even though it’s a manufacturer defect. So only two months worth of vaping has cost me about $ 160. Definitely not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. Every encounter I’ve had with employees have been negative. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. The last time I was in there, the employee kept forgetting why I was there so I had to explain to him three times.
