This company rips you off by raising prices without any notification. When I called to find out why they said«we wanted to make sure everyone is paying the same price so we raised prices on some customers». Ummm why not lower them to make sure we are all paying the same price? This benefits them not me! Then when I asked for any discounts they said discounts were only for«NEW» customers so I guess loyal older customers don’t mean anything to them. When I said I wanted to cancel the young lady said that’s fine… But she did try to raise my price to $ 175 a month before she got off the line. I guess new customer service focuses on increasing what we pay so they can make their quotas & get bonus cash for the up sell of services. WOW is this the new model of customer service? They spend so much on commercials saying how they have improved so I guess the loyal old customers are paying for these new commercials.

This is the third time this year, where I am being overcharged for services(internet) which in any case are not as advertised. This company has a monopoly in my area and 1.5 stars on Unilocal. I have spend countless days(not hours but days) trying to get them to resolve not just the technical issues but the absolutely insane and totally unpredictable bills. I am regularly lied to about issues being resolved only to get completely different ‘answers’ during my next interaction. I have received countless threatening robo calls over bills that had been paid(all automatically.) I consider Time Warner Cable to be nothing but a fraud. Is it possible to give them negative stars. They are essentially a fraudulent organization whose leaders should be rotting in jail. But alas, since we have a corrupt system of government, the cronyism means they prosper despite all. This is the worst company ever!

So I came to turn in a cable modem and have been standing in line for over 20 minutes and still several people in front of me. People are even starting to walk out because of the wait. This is ridiculous and a waste. I’m not surprise but it is still annoying. Please let other cable options be easier… GEESH!
