Be prepared to WAIT. And then… when you think there’s hope, they’ll put you in a room so you can… yep, you guessed it… wait some more. I’ve been waiting over an hour passed my scheduled appointment. (75 minutes actually) (Of course I got her 20 minutes early) Ridiculous.

I saw Dr. Colin Looney yesterday. He was very competent, and I highly recommend him. He was able to immediately diagnose my frozen shoulder and gave me two cortisone shots that are helping with my pain.
The wait time here is ridiculous, though. They need to schedule their patients better.

This place is not like it used to be a couple of years ago. 35 minutes on the phone for appointment. Way overbooked. I am back in the exam room now

Dr. Ronald Derr is the most incredible doctor! Luckily for me, he was on call for all 3 of my surgeries for broken bones. He has the best bed-​side manner of any physician I have ever seen with my family. He knows what he is doing!

The business office at this time is lacking anyone who can or will deal with disability issues. Still have yet to hear from the disability manager after calling for a week. Missed my next paycheck due to them not verifying that a fax was received. They told my spouse it was sent days earlier but appears it was not. Good luck getting anyone on line to talk about it without having to completely circumvent the business office. Won’t happen. You won’t get anything done unless it’s through the nurses who have their own work to do and are not even part of the business office. I did finally speak to the office manager after calling 2 days, but it remains to be seen if he will fix any of these issues for the next poor soul.
The surgeon, Dr. Thomas is excellent as is his PA, nurses, X-​ray department, cast room. He is very talented and I highly recommend him. The front desk is also great and the wait times are very good for this busy clinic. The only problem for me was the disability department/​business office.

I was 20min early for my appointment and had to wait 2 hours past my appointment time to see my doctor. Not a good first impression. They gave me a cortisone shot without telling me it would be billed to my insurance company as surgery! Now I’m left with a huge bill for a procedure that did nothing but put money in the doctors pocket.

Dr. Calendine is excellent. I’ve seen him about two conditions and his surgery add a last option approach has really helped me avoid unnecessary procedures. The office is efficient .I’ve never waited long enough to finish my paperwork and have always finished it in the exam room. This trip had my xrays done before I finished it. I really like this practice.

I recently tore a ligament off the bone and was in need of some help. I wasn’t in the mood to wait for 3 hours at an emergency room, so I opted to drive down to Franklin.
This place rocks. They have after hours walk-​in service from 5 – 8 so it’s extremely friendly to my schedule. Dr. Fitch was great about everything.
Granted this isn’t a place you want to have to go to. But, if you’re in need, this place is tops on my list.
