This taco bell is never staffed fully. I waited on the drive thru line for 20 mins. Once your in the line you cant even get out of it. Even when i went into the store i waited over 20 mins. And the parking lot is so small if there is a line at yhe drive thru you cant get out of your spot.

Was out shopping with a friend and had a late lunch at the Franklin location today. Because I was gabbing with my friend, I didn’t realize I walked out of the restaurant without my purse loaded with credit cards and cash… I was 3 towns away when I realized my dumb ass mistake. I called the store and to my surprise the cashier had found it. She placed it behind the counter until I was able to return. This event could have been disastrous but due to that kind soul I can sleep tonight. I will be contacting taco bells corporate office to tell them what an honest and thoughtful staff member they have. And the food was good too. Thank you, Thank you Franklin Taco Bell.

Worst place!!! Screw the hype of taco bell in Franklin! can’t get anything right, order $ 32 worth of food half the order was wrong not properly made, the other half they just forgot to make an put in the bag, manager looks at me like it’s my fault for ordering $ 32 worth of food an backed up the making station since the employees are not properly trained, went back for the food they forgot to put in the order the first time, it’s was made wrong this time but hey at lease it made it in the bag this time, how hard is it to read a computer screen with simple details what to make?. How can a place operate like this??? Now the parking lot is a joke, get 3 or 4 cars in line waiting to order blocks anyone from being able to back out of the parking lot spots. STAY AWAY!!! Save Your money you’ll be more satisfied

Don’t get all hyped up about this location. It’s small you can’t even park in the driveway without having the drive through line block your car in. The food is not the greatest. I can’t wait for the winter to see how many accidents they have in their driveway with that hill going down towards Walmart. Just another dump they threw up really fast

This place is about 15 years in the making. Sussex County’s first Taco Bell. This place has been packed daily since its opening this week. It is on par with every other taco bell I’ve grown to love. This is a long time coming and they don’t disappoint. The thing that makes this Taco Bell great is the location. Absolutely thrilled I dont have to drive 45 mins anymore. Parking and drive-​thru are (and will remain, I bet) a bit of a disaster, as the layout of both seems like it was dreamed up in some sort of Mc Escher drawing.
