I just a saw a channel 7 news spot re: a woman who ordered flowers, for a funeral for her mother’s burial from Stobbarts. They sent the flowers late; the flowers actually arrived minutes before the funeral was over. The style of flowers & color was not what the woman ordered. She repeatedly called Stobbarts after the fact looking for a refund and they would not work with her. That is when she got channel 7 involved, and then they were only able to get 50% of her money back. The people at Stobbarts are horrific. Stay away! I was horrified watching this news spot. I will never go in there again.

The arrangement I ordered for my fiancée’s birthday was beautiful and elegant. I actually placed the order two months prior since I live out of town. I don’t have any complaints, nor do I have any praise. The beautiful arrangement was delivered as expected, on time, and I can’t ask for much more. I’d definitely use them again!

Flowers were delivered reasonably well, but they overcharged my credit card from what was on the receipt. Attempts to call and email went unanswered. If they can’t be bothered helping me, I won’t be going back.

So I come into this place and the sprinkler is shooting all over the place and there’s a girl just sitting there poking at the flowers doesn’t ask me if she can help me and then when I ask her to turn the water off she goes and turns it off and leaves and doesn’t come back. Apparently no one else works here. The selection is low and the customer service is for crap. I won’t be coming back here

I would never use these people.
Very unprofessional, can never answer the questions, the property owner in Wayne Stobbart but he is never there, never answers his phone, never comes or completes the job and he rents out the nurseries but claims it’s his.
Rude guy and a theif as far as his work and pricing.
