I go to Starbucks twice a week. I visit many different stores around New England. In fact, it’s difficult for me to pass by a Starbucks without stopping. This location is new to me. I was thrilled to see it in this area. It is easy to find and easy to park. It is easy to go to or from this location on route to the highway. The drive thru line looked a bit long for a Saturday afternoon; but I didn’t worry about it because I prefer to go inside. The most outstanding detail of this Starbucks was that both times I ordered, the barista delivered my items to my table. That really isn’t necessary but it seemed such a nice touch that she was aware of everything going on in the store and thought it was just as easy to walk a few steps out from the counter to hand me my coffee and bagel. That made my coffee break feel more relaxing and pleasant. I love that this store is large inside. The décor is attractive. They had lots of interesting merchandise to check out while waiting in a short line. The outdoor seating looked like a possibility for warmer days. The indoor tables and chairs were more welcoming since the road is very busy. I hope this location has a lot of success. I will certainly make a stop every time I travel to this area.

This is my favorite Starbucks! They are always pleasant and get my order right every single time. I go here in the morning before work and even if there is a long line I know I will still make it to work on time!

Nice staff The line may be long at times, but they always get my order right and the staff is always very friendly. The line was exceptionally long one day and the staff was kind enough to give everyone waiting a $ 4 gift card for a free coffee. I thought that was great. :)

This is by far and away the very BEST Starbucks I have been to and believe me I’ve been to most of them! Their staff are always friendly and remember my drink. Thanks for the excellent service and strong coffee!

Ugh, 20 minute round trip, $ 4.81 for a hot coffee, 10+ minutes waiting & still leave empty handed?! It’s busy but it’s a hot coffee for goodness sake. Won’t be back to this one again.

I was really happy when this Starbucks opened, but they are so unbearably slow that I don’t bother going. It’s faster to park at the Stop and Shop across the street and go into the Starbucks in there. I’m not sure if it is a problem with weak staff or not enough staff, certainly a management problem. Recommend you skip it.

It didn’t take long for me to become a regular at this Starbucks. The store is only a few months old and is always super clean. Their service is always very efficient and the most friendly– whether it’s at the drive-thru or in the store. I’m not sure if this is Starbucks policy, but when I get soy in my iced coffee they always ask me if it looks light enough, instead of just leaving it on the counter and going right to the next order. It’s little things like that why I’m okay spending the extra change to get coffee here.

I moved from Jamiaca Plain and finally a Starbucks in my neighborhood. It’s brand new and it’s über perfect. Today I walked in with my two dogs and the mgr apologized and said per health code no dogs. She then offered to take my orde and bring it out. She did and she said it was on the house. Again excellent service !!! I don’t care how much it costs it’s always the best !

I love Starbucks. I do. Never had a problem until this location opened up. Normally the service is good but today I went and ordered three drinks Trenta size. Simple enough order, but Chelsea thought we said venti. So from the passenger seat I yelled«Trenta» so she could hear correct her. Being on the other side of the car yes, I yelled. Wanted to make sure she heard me. Come up to the window and Chelsea cut in front of the nice kid that was helping us to come to the window to roll her eyes and and tell us(with suuuuch attitude) «just so you know we are having problems with our speakers and we can’t hear very well but we are working on it. So there is no need to yell» I told her that I’m sorry I was on the opposite side of the car and she didn’t hear us the first time. She rolled her eyes again and curled her lip and said«just have the driver order». We have never been treated so rudely at a Starbucks before. There are so many comments I still have about how people who work with coffee should be a bit nicer to customers who probably are needing coffee to help improve their morning moods. I’ll end with this: the wonderful products of Starbucks are not worth the rudeness that Chelsea threw at us.
