Sapa Nail Spa

I used to go there often, and they would do an adequate job. The last time I went for Shellac nails was a disaster. The technician, Kayla, rushed the whole process. When I went back home, I saw that she had missed painting part of a nail, and the next day the polish started peeling off from some of the nails. First time ever with Shellac!
When I went back to have Kayla fix my nails (it was for a wedding), she literally threw a fit, and stamped her foot. She didn’t want to at first and then after a lot of fuss, did a cursory fix and said it was my fault.
I am never going back there again. There are lots of other better spas with much better customer service. I go to Orvelle ion Mallory lane, and it’s night and day between the two.

AWFUL. I got acrylic nails and she was really rough. My nails hurt really bad now. They are crooked and not even straight. I had to go home and do my own cuticles and then redo my nails. She didn’t even cut my nails before putting them on. (I have naturally long nails). You can see my real nails coming over the fake one! The ends are frayed. I had to refile them. I paid $ 30 to have to pretty much do my own nails? I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The person doing mine and my friends nails saw how bad they did and stopped midway to make us pay before she would continue. If you are going to go anywhere to get your nails done go to T. J Nails. This was the worst nail experience I’ve had – ever. That’s kind of a shame, too, because the salon itself is beautiful inside –very classy looking. I called about 5 places and after getting the same reply everywhere I called, it seemed that no one in Franklin does silk wrap nails or even gel manicures. All the places I called seem to do are acrylic nails. The nail tech here, assured me the closest thing to a gel manicure was a «pink and white» manicure, so I went with that. The nail tech piled on the goop so thick, (on the undersides of my own nails too), that when they dried they were so hard, they could not break, which is not always a good thing. About a week later, I had a nail accident, and the pinky nail on my right hand was affected. With a silk wrap or even a gel manicure, the tip would most likely have broken off. But these were unbreakable, so instead the whole nail was partially torn away from the nail bed and I had no choice but to cut the whole thing off. My regular salon at home (I’d gone to Sapa, an out of town salon, by necessity) refused to deal with it, or any of the intact nails at all. Consequently I had to cut all my nails off, and try to peel the fortifying coating away, which tore off more nail surface with it. (I was under the impression these were some type of gel which doesn’t soak off in acetone.) Now, my nails look like a disaster, and several tore off below the quick. This «manicure» was done on March 28. It’s now May 20, and it will be six weeks or more easily before I don’t feel I need to hide my hands. I don’t feel that this nail tech ought to be licensed; clearly, she didn’t know what she was doing. At ALL.

The massage and callus removal were weak and ineffective. I tend to skip the massage now because of all the heavy artificial lotions and oils clogging my pores.
Cut was too close which caused a bit of pain for a week after. The paint was clean and smooth.

My girlfriend and I were desperate for a manicure on a Sunday when most nail salons are closed. We ended up here and it was the biggest nail mistake of my life — over the finger nail ring or airbrush designs that I loved in the 90’s! This was the worst decision. My nail tech did a fill in about 8 minutes and couldn’t care less. So sloppy. 1 week later my nails are breaking in half and I am on my way to the Nail Bar in Cool Springs where they actually know how to do nails and care about their work.

This is the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I went in for a mani/​pedi and the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because my pedicure wasn’t that bad. The manicure was rushed, the massage was nonexistent, she cut my finger under my nail, and it lasted maybe 3 days. The only reason it lasted that long was because I put a top coat on it the day after! When I paid, they just took my card, didn’t say thank you or anything. There are so many places to go in franklin, don’t go here.

Bar None, best pedicures in Franklin. Massage of legs and feet averages at least 15 minutes… heaven.

I’ve been going here for years, and I always tell people they give the best pedicures I’ve ever had! Their fingernail work is adequate, but what I always go back for is their pedicures. Their deluxe spa pedicure is my favorite, because they exfoliate and massage for a really long time!

My mother and I had a really horrible experience at this salon today. The one manicurist named «Jim» cut my mom’s finger and made it bleed, but didn’t stop giving her the manicure! She asked to wash her hands and then came back and he started BLOWING on the cut… HELLO more germs! So they were very unresponsive to her concerns about how sanitary they were, and so my mom just asked them to stop giving the manicure. Ugh, so gross.
And at the SAME TIME the lady that was doing my manicure had TWO open cuts on her fingers. I mentioned this to her, and she did nothing about it. Unbelievable.
So, after having had my nails done hundreds of times and nothing this is beyond innappropriate, I have filed a complain with the Board of Cosmetology… it was that bad!
With so many great places in Franklin/​Brentwood, don’t go to this place… totally not worth it!

Was in nashville visiting family and we all went here to get pedicure and foot massages. We really had a wonderful time relaxing and I wanted to pass the info on for others to enjoy!
The staff was extremely nice and took their time.
