Sandhya is a great teacher! I had so much learning to cook some delicious dishes at a girls night out. In addition to lots of laughs, the night was finished with a delicious homemade meal. I highly recommend.

I’ve been our family cook for over 25 years and the one cuisine I’ve been unable to get a handle on is Indian. After a few fun and delightful hours with Sandhya, I picked up numerous «insider» techniques that have made all the difference. When I brought home the «leftovers» from my lesson, my wife was convinced that I went to a fabulous Indian restaurant and did not invite her! It was only after I duplicated the dishes at home that my wife believed me. Yes, it’s more than worth it! You owe it to yourself.
