Quality Inn

I made reservations here while on the road from Texas after diving 13 hours and not getting into the hotel until 11 pm my dad and I were ready to sleep in. Well promptly at 8 am workers started making a lot of noise, come to find out they were grinding/​chipping paint off the stairway which was 2 doors down from us, the manager never bothered to tell us this would be going on. As if that wasn’t bad enough some guy tried to come into our room, had the latch not have been closed he would have gotten in instead of the door just barely opening. When we checked out we told the manager about the issues and his response was a fake non apologetic sorry and he continued to tell us it was probably a maid that tried to enter the room after knocking, I told him that was not the case and that no one knocked and that it was a male that didn’t seem to work there and I got another fake I’m sorry. Needless to say I won’t be back.

We checked in to the first room and upon seeing it we were disappointed. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, dirty carpet and overall looked unkept. We decided to stay and just leave early in the am. I pulled the pillows out for our kids bed and there was popcorn in the bed, and a box for arousal cream. Obviously I’m furious, I take the box down to the front desk and tell them we are disgusted and they tell me «we can change your room, or we can check you out. But good luck because there’s nothing else available around here.» We take the other room because we have no other options, and it’s now after midnight. It smelled so terrible and was also dirty. We all slept on top of the covers with all of our clothing and shoes on. I would not recommend this hotel ever, and am very disappointed in the lack of any type of customer service.

Cheap but not worth it. Worst bed and pillows I have ever seen since in a motel. I rather sleep on the floor. I maybe got three hours of sleep. I can hear the highway, other guests slamming there car doors, taking showers. I can feel air coming through the door but if you turn on the low heat it will get too hot. The exhaust fan didn’t work. And there was a very convenient tear in the curtain that shined right in my face in the morning. I was so upset I wanted to go down there and get a refund at 1am and sleep in my car. I haven’t ate breakfast yet so wish me luck !

A good value. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was what one would expect. I would stay here again.
