Pure hockey knowingly shipped a piece of protective equipment with a design flaw that could not be used. Instead of pulling it from the shelves, they placed it on web clearance and dumped it to us there.
Then, they refused to exchange the item and take the item back. These people CAN NOT BE TRUSTED to ship protective gear that will not hurt a youth player. We will NO LONGER DO BUSINESS with Pure Hockey.
